MSGR. Romy Rañada, Vicar General for Information and Administrator of the Shrine of St. Paul in Casa Milan in Quezon City, officiated the celebration of the Holy Mass during the official launching of the Build My Church (BMC) project of the CFC North A Sector, which was held at the Shrine itself on 29 April 2017.

In his homily, Msgr. Ranada applauded the efforts of the sector in its campaign to raise funds for the renovation of the Our Lady of Miraculous Medal (OLMM), Sto. Nino Old Chapel, the identified pilot chapel, which is located in Phase 4, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City.

Rey shared the inspiring story of Nehemiah who was able to build the wall of Jerusalem in 52 days. He also discussed the fundraising mechanics and enjoined everyone to do his or her share for this noble endeavor. He emphasized that, aside from building the physical structure of the parish, one should also strengthen the building of relationship within the community.

Aside from the Sector Governance Team and other sector leaders, also present at the event were Fr. Roel Belmis, parish priest of OLMM, and Pete Aventajado, BMC national coordinator. (CFC North A Communication Group)
